ChinaOil (Japan) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of China National United Oil Corporation, registered in Tokyo Japan on May 28th 1997, which operates international business in Northeast Asia .
The company’s main business includes:
- Crude oil processing and marketing;
- Trading of crude oil, refined products and chemicals;
- Investing and developing facilities relating oil refinery, storage and tanker business in Northeast Asia including Japan and Korea.
Crude oil business
Starting its business from exporting Daqing crude to Japan, Chianoil(Japan) has developed various crude oil business such as Middle East crude oil, West Africa crude oil, South America heavy crude oil and the crude oil processing.
Recent yearly trading volume reached over 15 million MTS.， Chinaoil (Japan) expands its business rapidly.

Refined Products Business
Mainly responsible for the trading with regard to the business of exporting jet, diesel oil and fuel oil from Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Thailand to China, as well as that of importing gasoline and naphtha from China to Japan, Korea, and Australia etc., in addition, ship chartering business with regard to import-export and transit of oil products.
Cooperating with headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, Chinaoil(Japan) utilize global sales network aggressively to contribute to the supply and demand balance in Japan market.
Petrochemical products business
Mainly responsible for purchasing bulk chemicals of bitumen, base oil, propylene, benzene, xylene, isopropyl alcohol and butadiene from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and America to export to China, as well as importing petrochemicals like paraffin wax, fertilizer and petro cokes from China to Asia and America respectively, also purchasing materials such as LPG and Naphtha from Europe, America and Australia to China, Japan and so on. Moreover, we engage the trading business for various plastics, resin and synthetic rubber, etc.
Ship chartering business
Responsible for the ship chartering business in Northeast Asia with regard to import-export and transit of crude oil, oil products and chemicals.
